# Size guide

Measure yourself and compare with the charts below. Between two sizes? Take the larger one for a relaxed fit.

## Clothing

Body measurements in centimetres.

| Size | UK | Bust | Waist | Hips |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **XS** | 6 | 80–84 | 62–66 | 86–90 |
| **S** | 8 | 84–88 | 66–70 | 90–94 |
| **M** | 10–12 | 88–94 | 70–76 | 94–100 |
| **L** | 14 | 94–100 | 76–82 | 100–106 |
| **XL** | 16 | 100–106 | 82–88 | 106–112 |

### How to measure

- **Bust:** around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
- **Waist:** around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
- **Hips:** around the fullest part of your hips, feet together.

## Shoes

| EU | UK | Foot length (cm) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **36** | 3 | 23 |
| **37** | 4 | 23.5 |
| **38** | 5 | 24 |
| **39** | 6 | 25 |
| **40** | 6.5 | 25.5 |
| **41** | 7.5 | 26.5 |

To measure your foot, stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and longest toe, and measure the distance. Measure in the evening, when feet are largest.
