We deliver across Kenya. Choose your option at checkout; the price is added to your order total.

Free delivery on orders over Ksh 7,500, with any option.
Times are in working days (Monday to Saturday), counted from when your order is paid (or confirmed, if you pay on delivery).
Tracking your order
We send an SMS when your order leaves our Nairobi studio, with the tracking code for pickup point and courier deliveries, and another when it has been delivered. Your order confirmation email has your order number.
Paying
You pay online when you place your order, with M-Pesa or a Visa or Mastercard card, through Paystack. For some deliveries, such as by our own rider, you can also pay on delivery by M-Pesa or cash: checkout shows it when it's available for your order. We text you a link to confirm a pay-on-delivery order (or call you); orders that aren't confirmed may be cancelled.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right at our cost. See Returns & exchanges or contact us.
Outside Kenya
We only deliver within Kenya for now. International delivery is coming later.
