This store is run by Kick & Clutch, Nairobi, Kenya. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy policy.

1. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our order confirmation. If you pay on delivery, it is confirmed when you confirm it with the link we text you, or by phone; we may cancel a pay-on-delivery order that isn't confirmed within the time we tell you. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was clearly displayed in error. We'll tell you if that happens.

2. Prices

Prices are in Kenya shillings (KES) and include VAT. Delivery is shown separately at checkout. Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own conditions (for example dates, minimum spend or eligible items), and can't be exchanged for cash.

3. Payment

You pay when you place your order, with M-Pesa or a card, through Paystack. Paystack processes your payment details securely; we never see your card number or M-Pesa PIN. Where checkout offers it, you can instead pay on delivery, by M-Pesa or cash to our rider; we may ask for the delivery fee upfront.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Kenya. Options, prices and estimated times are on our delivery page. Times are estimates; we'll keep you informed by SMS if there's a delay. Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if something is damaged, wrong or missing.

5. Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our returns policy. Refunds go back to the M-Pesa number or card you paid with.

6. Products

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and handmade items may vary a little from the photos. Stock is limited and not reserved until you complete payment.

7. Reviews

Only customers who bought a product can review it. Every review is published, positive or negative, as soon as it's written, and we never remove or hide a review because of its rating or because it's critical. We may reply publicly. We hide a review, or only its photos, if it contains offensive language, someone's personal information (such as a phone number or address), spam or links, or isn't about the product. Reviews show your first name and the initial of your last name.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
